"They go the extra mile"

I would like to raise an appraisal for Kilbirnie medical centre over the last few months I have had to contact the practice to get medical advice or treatment and from the reception team with there excellent telephone manner and customer service skill to the the gp team who contact you back extremely quickly they don't rush you they listen to everything you have to say and give you the best medical advice and treatment and if they are not sure they arrange to see you just to double check they haven't missed anything very experienced and knowledgeable doctor's also I have support from the physio team as well who has given me very good advice I feel in a whole nothing is never a problem to the practice as they are working under great deal of pressure and they go the extra mile for there patients so thank you so much I am very grateful
