"Poor communication"

About: Borders General Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics (Ward 9)

A nurse spoke to me so rudely I was shocked and stunned they had such poor communication skills. The nurse insinuated I was a nuisance  for asking them questions they couldn’t actually answer. This was concerning very poor care on the  ward towards an elderly patient who had been left lying for 5 days without care and discharged back to a care home without notice. The rudeness  was out of order to another human being.
