"Rudeness"

About: Bracknell Urgent Care Centre Wic

My father attended Brants Bridge for a blood test today. The test was booked online and he received text confirmation of the appointment. On attending he was very rudely informed that his name was not booked for a blood test and he was the type of person that made things difficult for everyone else. My father had proof the test was booked for the correct date and time. Appreciate that we are living in difficult times but manners cost nothing the nurse did not even gave the curtesy to apologise and caused a lot of embarrassment for my father in front of other people when he had done nothing wrong.
