"Service at mri appt"

About: New Victoria Hospital / X-rays and scans

(as a service user),

I attended an MRI appt with my dad today at the new Victoria.   My dad has dementia and the team were aware of this before we arrived. They took the time ensure that he knew what was going to happen and what to expect. They spoke to him and not me (which is not always the case). My dad had been anxious about this appointment but the girls including heather were great with him and even took the time to pop out and let me know he was doing OK.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback in regards to you and your fathers experience of using the X-Ray and Scans Department at the New Victoria Hospital.

It was nice to hear how the staff made you and your father feel welcome and at ease while taking the time to listen and understand what your fathers needs were.

I will be delighted to pass on your comments to all the staff involved who I'm sure will be glad to hear they made a difference with your fathers care.
