(as a service user),

Everyone one of the nursing staff,anaesthetist doctors, clerical staff were all so friendly on my surgery day. They couldn’t have done anything else for you to make you comfortable and relaxed. They are all under so much pressure with covid and not once did I notice them without a smile on their faces. 

It was a pleasure being nursed by them but hopefully I will never have to go back
