"Fed up, looking for a new GP now"

Me and my Husband are both patients at the practice and what it tipt over for me was that he has not been seen once!!! by an actual doctor despite the fact that he is diabetic and has other ( new) conditions he is really worry about. He has been seen this morning by the nurse and I know these ladies doing their upmost to help there is but there is only so much they can do . The doctor was just next door and he asked if he can speak to him but was ignored . He came home upset and angry and we had enough now. :( If you ask me to call you and discuss this over he phone dont bother.!

Dear Claudia,

I am very sorry to read of you and your husbands dissatisfaction with the practice and that you are looking to move.

We pride ourselves on listening to our patients concerns and making positive change where we identify this needs to happen.

Posting on such a forum, rather than contacting us direct, gives us no opportunity to do this.

As you state you don't want a call to discuss I am unsure how we can further investigate your situation and concerns and indeed make improvements for other patients where the investigation highlights this is necessary.
