"Terrible experience"

I have been to the doctors recently to investigate a health condition which is worrying me. I have felt dismissed, spoken down to, and fobbed off. I have never experienced such behaviour from GPs before. I understand that coronavirus is a really trying time for NHS staff, but I don't think this excuses the awful way I have been spoken to. I would not recommend using this surgery, especially if you are a woman.
