My name is JW and I have mild MS. I have just completed the NHS fatigue management course. I found it very enlightening and informative. Evelyn, the Neuro rehab assistant, discussed things that related to fatigue that I had not previously connected. She went through stress management at home and at work. Ways to relax, exercise and rest.
Evelyn was very friendly and patient. Covering each topic clearly so that I would understand and re-capping to make sure that I did understand before moving on. She told me how I could manage any stress related situations at work. To take breaks whenever possible. How to exercise while at my table to relieve any stress that may be building up. She told me how to relieve any stress build up at home, again with exercise, healthy eating and sleep management. How to slowly incorporate it into my daily life so that it doesn’t become a chore.
I have already started to do a little exercise at home and long may it continue. I feel now when I am a little stress, I have the tools to deal with it. 😊 Thanks you so much!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
