My son has speech delay & has had 2 ENT appointments cancelled. Instead we had 1 phone call with the consultant.
He needs to have a hearing test done with audiology, we are having a phone call, this is not good enough as he needs to be physically seen to have that kind of test done. (Ulster Hospital)
He urgently needs speech therapy, he's had 1 zoom call & 1 phone call with them, then told it will be months before we hear from them again. (Armagh Hospital). This is absolutely not good enough as my 4 year old child's speech is falling further & further behind.
We have faced nothing but major delays and cancelled appointments.
