"Awful phone experience"

About: Lancaster Medical Practice

I tried for 3 days to get through to the practice as I was told I would be asked to provide a urine sample and to chase if noone contacted me on 20th January. The receptionist said the letter was received on at the beginning of February but today (22nd February) by asking why I had not received anything I was told I was being rude. When I said my patience was wearing thin having waited on the phone for over 20 minutes I was told I had only waited for 12 minutes. When I said I was looking the number of minutes on my phone she said if I continued to be rude she would hand up. I then said "could I have your name please" and she hung up. So I now have no answer to my question and I don't have time to phone again. It has been over a month since my appointment to get a test to check for kidney damage and I don't know what to do. The surgery won't contact me for a test and when I challenge this on the phone I am told I am rude. Note this is not raising my voice or swearing or being impolite. I simply challenged the receptionist on why I was not contacted for over a month.
