(as a service user),

My doctor thought it would be helpful to use pulmonary rehab. I wasn’t sure if it would make any difference but it has.

The exercises were planned to suit me and I found them mostly achievable.

I did the course on line and received phone calls too.

The phone calls were really helpful. When Claire at the team phoned it was good to check on how I was managing and I always felt so much better after our conversations.

I’m so pleased that I agreed to do this course.
