I had a call from QEQM inviting me to see a consultant the same day within 24 hours of a GP referral. The whole experience was excellent. The staff who greeted me and processed my paperwork were friendly, polite and helpful. After a short wait I was seen by the consultant who was very thorough and professional, his explanation of my symptoms and likely diagnosis was very reassuring. Since my appointment I have already received two follow up call to make further appointments.
