About: The Ulster Hospital / Vaccination Centre

(as a service user),

I am a blind patient with underlying health conditions. I rang to book my appointment and the call centre operator Michael was so helpful and professional in organising my vaccination appointment.

On arrival at the Ulster hospital vaccination centre I was met by a marshal who guided me to a waiting nurse Chris. My details were already sorted and after answering a few questions I was guided to a cubicle where I was vaccinated. The nurses were so kind , reassuring and professional. I was then guided to my husband waiting outside. Can’t thank you enough for all your wonderful work
