"It was lovely"

I was at the Dermatology clinic in Stirling Community Hospital this morning, I had a biopsy done on my nose. I was treated very well, everything was explained very well, and it was not a bad experience. It was was performed by David and Elderco who both gave very good care and were really so nice.
If the biopsy comes back positive, if I have to go back, David has explained what will happen and has really put my mind at rest. I just wanted to feedback and let them know that it was lovely, thank you
