"Total Satisfaction"

I attended this hospital on two occasions. One, for a CT Scan and a few days later for a colonoscopy and gastroscopy procedures. I was very impressed with the efficiency in making the appointments and the care and consideration given by the medical staff in reassuring me and the skill in carrying out the test, especially the gastroscopy. This experience was totally different to the procedure I had experienced some years before. There was no pain or gagging reflex, which I was dreading, and overall the experience was not unpleasant. I can not express my admiration enough for the doctors and nurses and their skills. Thank you again.
