"Okay Visit "

About: Harefield Hospital

Went to hospital for a regular checkup at the outpatient department as needed. Arrived at 9am as requested and completed all required tests by 11am.

Unfortunately needed to wait until 4pm to see the doctor, which was extremely difficult to do as patient had physical needs which made it difficult to sit for long periods of time.

We were ready to see the doctor from 11am onwards however was not told of when the doctor could be seeing us. Whenever we asked we were told we were next however after waiting 4 hours believe it’s unacceptable that we still we not being seen.

The doctor saw us after complaining so much as no one seemed concerned that it was covid and we should be going so that the spread can decrease.

We feel that this is unacceptable as we were told that this visit would be efficient due to covid, not allowing any patient to be in the hospital unnecessarily.
