I am not a patient at the surgery. My mum was until she passed away. She was very unwell but didn’t let us call the doctors in case they sent her to casualty. The doctor did a house call after I spoke to him. He listened to us and didn’t send mum to hospital. He made a few calls to arrange care and gave her some medicines at home. He did several more house calls and even called us at the weekend to check on mum. She was at home where she wanted to be. These doctors are working harder than ever during COVID.
