My mum has over the last 3 months been receiving care support as she has vascular dementia.
I cannot fault the carers in any way. They have been great with my mum and ensure she is doing okay on her own in her own home especially with medication and meals.
I especially want to thank Gemma the district nurse who has been going to my mum with regard to her diabetes medication. Gemma has been wonderful and my mum loves her. Gemma has also helped me with sorting a new permanent care package out for my mum. She has been invaluable!
Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this process in the last 3 months. My family and I are so grateful for all the help especially in this difficult time.
"Thank you to Gemma and the carers looking after my mum"
