About: The Tunbridge Wells Hospital

I was an emergency admission for chest pain. From the moment I entered, I was given clear, consistent instructions and information, about what was going to happen, a good time estimation and I observed good vigilance around infection control standards. The young smart Staff nurse with her hair in plaits who attended to me made an excellent, skilled job of getting a venflon into small veins, and treated me with care and kindness.

The Dr who saw me was clear in his explanation, kind and extensive in his investigations. I also heard kindness to other patients, and observed a lot of dedicated work, in what particularly at the moment, during Covid must be a particularly stressful and demanding time. I am so very thankful to you all for the care I received.
