Knowing you do follow these reviews, I wanted to start out by thanking you all for all you are doing - especially in these difficult times. The prompt for this review was the service I received just in the last 24 hours. I completed the on-line/e-consult yesterday evening and received a call at lunchtime today. A meaningful consultation over the phone, very helpful advice and outcome agreed. I've been with the practice over 20 years and have always had a positive experience. You set, and more importantly maintain a really high standard of patient care. Keep doing what you are doing, it is appreciated.

As you have discovered it is an excellent way of seeking advice from a doctor or other members of the surgery team.
