"I just want to say thank you"

I just want to say a massive thank you to all the staff in ward A12 (from nurses, cleaners, auxiliaries, catering, students, consultants and doctors) for looking after my grandmother in her final days before she passed on 15th February 2021.   The care all the staff gave was outstanding during what is hard times for everyone just now. Nothing was to much for any of them (especially Amy & Lisa) and even looking after myself and my father making sure we were okay as well - getting us meals as cafe was closed to public.   They all deserve credit for the work they do and I just want to say thank you.
