Was phoned earlier this month as I’m 65, by my surgery, by a calm, professional, who was informative and explained the procedure. She told me I would be called shortly for my jab at the surgery. I asked about my husband 3 years younger , the picture of health and youth, who has asthma, one kidney and is on blood thinners following an aneurism in 2018. She set my mind at rest and he now has an appointment next week.
The surgery was slick with friendly welcoming staff. I felt really cared for. This surgery really cares about it’s patients. Thank you.
