About: Hillingdon Hospital

Had the early morning, 15-minute appointment in Ultrasound dept but got called through nearly 20 minutes after the appointment time & when you must fill your bladder an hour before for the scan, holding your bladder for then nearly an hour and a half adds additional stress - and put me over the hour charge rate in the car park by 3 minutes (so £3.20 instead of £1.70). Reception advised I use the pay machine intercom to explain and the security was able to adjust the ticket to the hour charge fee and said next time the department should contact them to explain their delays.

The appointment times given are misleading, so factor that in if using the car park or have later commitments and if their delays cause increased car parking fees, ask the department to confirm this so you are not overcharged.
