About: Specialist Therapy Services / Pulmonary Rehab (Rushcliffe)

(as a service user),

I have had COPD for a number of years and was also diagnosed with Aspergillis. In addition, shielding has meant that I have not been motivated to exercise as much as I should. I have accessed the pulmonary rehab services previously and when this was offered again I took the opportunity. My fitness has improved enormously and so has my general mood. Great work from Claire
