About: University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust

My partner is in critical condition. I know he has an excellent care however when I am trying to ring the direct number to the ward the calls get dropped, if I am trying to get through the switchboard the phone is ringing for more than an hour. If I manage to connect they are busy , no change , call later. I am powerless and crushed.
