"Covid Vaccinations- a very pleasant experience"

Hi just thought I would provide feedback on what a great experience I had today whilst getting vaccinated- the signage to the hospital was clear and easy to follow, the car parking staff were polite, helpful and friendly, and the team in the hospital were so calm, helpful and effective. I realise that some of the team are volunteers and that makes this level of courtesy and care all the more commendable - thank you very much NHS and volunteers.
