"Very grateful for the compassion and kindness"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Gynaecology (Ward 32)

(as a service user),

I attended EPU for a scan due to some problems. I am very grateful for the compassion and kindness I was shown by Martha ( Sonographer) and Theresa, they really put me at ease for the surgery that would subsequently follow.

I was fully involved and consulted in decision making around my care from the get go.  Communication was excellent, I felt safe.  All of the staff on the Gynaecology Ward were really attentive and reassuring.  Special thanks to Gillian (Nurse) & Vicky (Doctor).
