"Referred for advice, education and exercise."

I suffer from Bronchiectasis, Asthma and Angina. I was referred by Consultant Respiratory Physician to GP who referred to Pulmonary Rehabilitation for advice, education and exercise.

I was invited twice for advice, education and exercise at Keyworth Primary Care Centre and attended by Claire who introduced me to different methods to deal with illnesses: Chest Clearance, Breath Control, Deep Breathing then arranged Video link at home 4 times and repeating the same again again then provided The Flutter and explaining twice how to use it to keep chest clear. Last session was 17-02-2021 at 9. 30 am. I repeated process a few times in both sessions and can use to get benefit of that service provided. I am lucky and glad having met Physio Claire who is not only polite and helpful but well experienced in her profession. I believe it will help me a lot in future
