On Monday following a visit from my mothers GP a decision was made to admit her to the Ulster hospital. I am a nurse myself and work for the SEHSCT and was totally overwhelmed by the care and compassion shown by the two ambulance personnel who attended my mothers home to take her to ED.
They were so professional, caring and sympathetic to the situation. this transferred to not only my mother but our family also who where very worried about what was going to happen. I do not know the names of these ambulance personnel but would like to let them know if possible how grateful all the family are in the way in which we where treated they are a credit to their profession. The ambulance was there at approximately 7 or there about and it was a Bangor address if that will help to identify the crew. I am happy to be contacted to give further information if you wish. I would so like this crew to be thanked. many thanks
