My elderly sister broke her wrist. Her morning carer did nothing. The district nurse just reported it to the doctor's surgery but didn't think it was important. Eventually I rang the surgery; they suggested ringing 999 diretly. When I did the service was fabulous. They listened and understood I couldn't get her to A& E by myself. They said an ambulance would come and assess within 30 minutes, they arrived in abour four minutes! Stuart and Val were fabulous. So friendly and reassuring and so very caring and kind. Can't thank them enough.
