"No management? "

The practice manager does not get back to you. The receptionists never know when the manager will next be there or when you will get called back. In the past they have always known when the manager would next be available and could say with confidence when you would receive a return call because the manager had a policy to call back within a half day no matter what.

My friend made a complaint and when they finally got a call back the manager blamed the receptionists for not passing messages on. Talk about throwing them under the bus!! I bet it wasn't even true. Poor receptionists they have the hardest job i bet. Anyway my friend had to take her complaint further coz still no response. Can't blame that on reception!

Think it's time to move. Maybe i won't need to speak to the manager anymore at a different place.
