My Dad was at this care home for a short while and the majority of his care was ok, however the transfer to his new care home was handled terribly by the management and the care that this home prides itself on fell very short. I had complained to the management but unfortunately the damage was done. Luckily my Dad is at a new care home where he is much happier.
