My wife and I have only just moved to South Derbyshire and we were asked to visit Oakland for our COVID Vaccinations, which we did yesterday. The experience was amazing. Polite, safe, efficient and thoughtful are all words that come to mind from all of the staff involved. Thank you for turning the mundane into something constructive. Brilliant!
