"video conferencing call"

I had an appointment with my psychiatrist over a video conferencing call. I waited one hour before ringing cmht, they said it was running late due to snow. So I waited another hour, and rang cmht again and said that I'm turning the video conference call off. An hour later I got told that my psychiatrist has changed the date of the appointment, no apologies for wasting my time. It would have been nicer if he had told me that before I wasted 2 hrs looking at my screen. It was just so rude.
