"Incompetent staff"

My mum was in this care home for 2-3months in which time she contracted corona virus hospitalised came back to the home and in my opinion left to rot. Mums clothes, underwear, bedding & nightdresses all missing. Witnessed a nurse male giving my mum a paracetamol shoving it in her mouth with no drink. Bedding tucked in so tight mum couldn’t move. Mums tongue extremely dry/ crusty. In my opinion left to die. Got allowed to visit as mum eol and this is when we noticed the errors. Spoke to manager numerous times but not willing to help. Mum has been home 8 days now and they have still not found mums possessions. Lack of empathy is in abundance. Would never recommend this place to my worst enemy.
