Appointment booked for 12. I was told I’m the only person waiting to see the nurse and yet still nothing for 40 minutes. No organisation between staff as the nurse told me there was no rooms available although the appointment still going ahead. Ended up having my vaccination in the corridor with some of the liquid not even being injected properly and coming out down my arm.
"Ridiculous wait and poor service "
