"Nothing but praise"

Thank you for looking after my poorly 8 month old and his anxious mummy! I brought my son in on 2 consecutive days and was impressed by how quickly he was seen. All the staff - doctors, nurses, support staff- were lovely and friendly and very kind. I was also impressed that every member of staff was supportive of breastfeeding as in the past I have come across some negative opinions and poor advice on this topic and actually I felt very comfortable breastfeeding in the department and that my wishes were respected. The paediatric A&E facilities are excellent very clean and comfortable. The doctors who assessed my child all had a very good bedside manner and addressed my concerns. After a period of observation my son was well enough to go home and I was given clear information on what to look out for. I felt reassured that I was welcome to bring him back if I was at all worried. Thank you all for your hard work, it is much appreciated. Please do pass my comments on to the team.
