"The whole process was very smooth"

I recently got back from York And E. I'd broken my arm slipping on ice. I was seen by Dr Atang, who was impressingly professional and very reassuring. I also went to X-ray and was seen by a physio called Rob. The whole process was very smooth, pretty quick and so very reassuring. I'd like to thank everyone concerned.

Secondly, it is so great to hear that you felt your time spent with us in the Emergency Department was smooth and reassuring and that Dr Atang and Physio Rob made you feel at ease as well. Our staff work hard to ensure our patients receive the highest standard of care, so I am grateful you took the time to let us know about your experience.
