"Thank you is simply not enough"

My Mother had been receiving Physio (Caroline) and OT (Carla) care from Bromley Healthcare. My Mother is a complex patient with multiple fractures and unfortunately non-union fractures. 2020 was one of the most challenging years for her due to poor health combined with limitations in hospital care due to covid, whilst a hospital Physio said that we need to accept my Mother may never stand or walk again, the team at Bromley Healthcare have been excellent in looking at creative ways and actually assessing my Mother overall. My Mum has gone from not being able to hold herself up properly when sitting to now getting herself to the edge of the bed and standing with a standing hoist. The road to recovery is a long one, but with the amazing support from Physio and OT we can see hope of things getting better. I really hope that Physio and OT can continue to provide care for my Mum - 'thank you' is simply not enough for how grateful we are. The quality of life for my Mum is key and by provding the invaluable support Bromley Healthcare we hope to remain keep my Mum in positive spirits.
