(as a relative),

We have a lot of snow today and roads and footpaths very slippery and dangerous. Despite this my mum's wonderful carer Louise still made it to my mum house this morning.. such a brilliant team of staff that our health service has in our community.

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback. We are very proud of our wonderful community staff who strive to ensure the care needs of their patients are met on a daily basis. I am delighted to hear that despite the snow and ice, Louise was able to attend to your mum.
