Having being registered here for many years now it has gone downhill. Can never get through, appointment consultations never followed through with what the doctors said they will do. Doctors do not read notes before appointments leading to insensitive comments being made.

We are very sorry that you have been unhappy with your experience with the practice.

We are aware that the telephone lines are very busy and we are planning to make changes to improve this.

You can also request online access to your records which allows you to view test results, letters and order prescriptions.

If you have any concerns about the Doctors, then please contact the practice manager to discuss this.
