Very rude, unpleasant personnel, and totally unhelpful. I had a few appointments, and it is always the same poor attitude, not interested in patient concerns. Last time I wanted to confirm that the medicine is safe for me under my particular condition, and apparently, I am not allowed to ask those question (?!). Even though it was clearly stated to consult with a doctor on the leaflet, the nurse was irritated that I ask about it and make me feel stupid.
