Between late December 2020 finalising on Tuesday 02nd February 2021 I have had a series of tests/procedures under the care of Urology. I would like my comments to be shared to the depatrtment for the manner in which I was helped by them, notably by the team that performed a flexi cystoscopy last Tuesday. I'd never had this procedure but from booking in at reception to the team in theatre I was extremely humble and grateful for their efforts and compassion, from correcting my gown to even being escorted (I'd found myself lost looking for the toilet in this temp area in use by the team) back to the waiting area. The three staff members in theatre, two females, one male (who performed the scan) were truly fanatstic and a credit to the NHS. I was slightly apprehensive of the appointment but we shared a laugh and it made it a good experience - as much as it could be under the circumstances. Please pass on my thoughts, you were absolutely brilliant. Having lived in this area for over 20 years I have not had one issue with the Chester Countess, I applaud you all.
