About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

Went to the hearing services dept with my 89 year old mother who had broken her hearing aid. Lovely lady fixed the hearing aid within 15 minutes and was so helpful and treated my mum with the upmost respect.

All the way home , all my mum kept staying was how lovely the ladies in this department are. Thank-you so much . The NHS is truly amazing.

Our visit was on the 4 th February 2021
