"Awful Receptionist. "

Never in my life have I written a review online, however I cannot fathom what I experienced today.

I was due for a blood test, and my GP had sent my blood test referral forms to my phone. As soon as I turned up, I greeted the receptionist and showed her my online forms. Instead of explaining that I needed a print out copy, she proceeded to shout at me and release her frustrations on me. When my online form was refused, she was extremely patronising and almost satisfied that she was 'right'.

As front house, it is imperative to be courteous to those who have a blood test, as you never know why someone is coming in to be tested.

I was already extremely nervous about my test, and her ridiculing behaviour made it 10 times worse. Never ever will I go back to this centre for a blood test.
