"Orthopaedic clinic "

Having visited the orthopaedic clinic today as a follow up to my total hip replacement in 2019. I parked in the main car park in a disabled bag ( I have a blue badge) . Only to find the department is at the very back of the main hospital and extremely difficult to locate, plus a long walk for anyone having problems. Once up on the first floor again the swleoc clinic is at the very end of a long corridor! The staff are polite and helpful, but there is nothing they can do about the site of this dept. Totally crazy to have this dept so inaccessible to people who are mainly having problems with mobility. Previous!y it was sited in a ground floor hut and there were a few disabled parking bays within the area. I just hope that once the building work has finished the site of Swleoc will be relocated to be easily reached for patients like myself who are disabled
