My dad submitted a complaint in 2019, then passed away in early 2020 before any response was provided to this. I took this on on his behalf and had a very upsetting meeting in Sept 2020 but had hoped to get some resolution for this following the meeting. I have heard nothing since. 5 months later with no update, no response or minutes from the meeting, not even a phone call or email to advise of the progress. Feel so distressed that this is still ongoing and once again care and communication severely lacking. I have had to try and chase this up to be told the minutes of the meeting have yet to be authorised for release.
