I had a difficult and serious auto immune condition 10 years ago, resulting in Chronic Kidney Disease. The consistent, proactive approach of the Fairfield Park Practice since then has been significant in being reassuring and supporting my well being.

The introduction of an annual review by the Clinical Pharmacist, following tests, has been a bonus, especially in the pandemic period when I have not wished to raise queries with a GP. The review timing complements monitoring by a Consultant 6 months later.

The Nurses are very experienced and patient.

Overall, I have experienced a competent and very helpful service at the Practice.
