I was referred to Endoscopy by the Bowel Screening program, so arrived there feeling very apprensive and worried about the procedure which was planned for me, after booking in I was put at ease by all of the nurses that talked me through what was going to be done and by the team doing the examination, a very happy bunch who all seemed to be really concerned for my health and comfort, I would just like to say a very big thank you to involved
