The GPs here have good communication and are helpful, however the reception staff brings this place down. Very poor communication/people skills, and have made mistakes in processing repeat prescriptions twice over the past 3 months. I've even witness one receptionist answering the phone while scrolling through their social media, which just seems so uncaring. I would not recommend this practice.
